The Sacramento County Stormwater Quality Program has a variety of
hands-on educational programs. Below are a few of the programs we offer to the
community:
Paint-a-Drain
 Paint-A-Drain
Campaign is a storm drain stenciling program that aims to stop stormwater
pollution by stamping a "No Dumping" message on neighborhood drain
inlets. This educational program is designed for 5th through 12th grade
students, adults, local youth groups and church groups.
