Stormwater Quality Design Manual for the Sacramento and South Placer Regions – May 2007  

• The Guidance Manual was prepared jointly by the County and Cities of Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Galt, Rancho Cordova, and Roseville. The manual provides information and guidance on control measures for reducing pollutants in stormwater runoff discharged from new and redevelopment project sites.
